All orders are custom and will ship when ready.

Understanding Custom Orders

We will begin working on your order as soon as we receive it.  We do not carry Tachyonized stock.  All orders, for example in the apparel line, are custom printed and then Tachyonized. PLEASE make sure you order the correct size. Normal time between receiving the order and shipping is between 3-4 weeks. You will receive confirmation of shipping and a tracking number if applicable. 


We can ship clothing items to virtually any address in the world. Tachyon Wellness Systems are shipped by freight to the Continental USA only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We do not charge duties or tax on orders shipped outside the USA. You are responsible for any duties or taxes required by your country.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping time estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. HOWEVER, the estimate time is from the completion of the custom order, NOT the date of the order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All Custom Tachyonized apparel orders are shipped direct to you from ATTI, Santa Rosa, Ca.


Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of this product, we can only offer exchanges on items you received as incorrect or defective item, etc.
Tachyon Wellness Systems are not a returnable product. If there is an issue, we will do everything in our power to get it fixed quickly.

Returning a product or an order:

1. Log into your customer account and click on My Account in the upper left above the Tachyon logo.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item you wish to return.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

  • Quantity to return
  • Reason for return
  • Return action
  • Comments

4. Click Submit Return Request. We will reply within 48 hours (excluding weekends) with specific instructions on how and where to return the item.

5. We typically will start the re-make your custom product, as soon as we receive the return request. We can not ship out the product until we receive the defective return.

6. We will pay both directions of shipping of defective products within the USA.
